A character is considered approved and available for play after they have received notification of their approval from one of the mods and a post has been made on the LiveJournal community welcoming them to the game. Official notification will come in one of two ways: A moderator will send an email welcoming the player to the game, or: A moderator will notify the player on the game server. Admission to the LJ community does not constitute approval of an application. Neither does a moderator telling you they like your app, as it isn't up to just one mod to approve a character. If you are approved, the mod will state to you 'We've discussed your app and agree that it's good. You are approved,' or something else that is remarkably obvious. Really, if you have to ponder whether it was notification, it wasn't.

• A note to current players: Please do not interact with new PCs until they have received official moderator approval.

[edit] Who is approved?

Since we did not make posts on the community about approved PCs from the very beginning, you can use the list below as a guideline for who is approved. Essentially, this is the up to date list of approved characters. All of these characters should be friended in your journals. You must request membership to the LJ community with each character journal. The list of members in the LJ userinfo serves as a guide for journal-friending, as well as the wiki-list, and helps the moderators to keep this list up-to-date.
